The Nordigo is a lever propulsion system for wheelchairs, The system is designed to make getting about in a wheelchair much easier by utilizing their own untapped strength, the power of gearing and the simple effectiveness of the fulcrum effect.

By encouraging an upright seating position the wheelchair user can utilise the much larger muscle groups in their chest and arms. This will instantly make propelling the wheelchair easier and reduce RSI and friction injuries, but the Nordigo takes this further with the fulcrum effect and gearing.

With the Nordigo system the wheelchair user no longer needs to hunch over the wheels to generate power needed to rotate the wheels. This will also help with situational awareness as it will be slightly easier to look around.
